Rank trend pieces by care burden, not appearance alone
Two similar silhouettes can impose very different cleaning and maintenance costs. Compare the care label and likely wear frequency before calling one the better buy.
Start with the actual routine
Consider where the garment is worn, the weather exposure, and the cleaning process it requires. A good recommendation survives use outside a product photo.
Check objective information
Use the current textile label for fiber and care information, and the current forecast for weather. Marketing names do not replace those sources.
Make the tradeoff visible
Compare comfort, maintenance, durability, layering room, and repeat-wear potential before deciding.
